Thursday Food

Food:

  1. Grilled Chimayo-seasoned Skirt Steak


  2. Cabbage and Daikon Slaw


Used the new "Pannini Press" electric grill to grill the steak. Cool--fast.

  2. Tobin James 2002 Silver Reserve Zinfandel
