Sunday Food

Food:

  1. Heirloom Tomato, Fresh Mozzarella, & Basil

  2. Mahi Mahi with cilantro green chile cream sauce

    1. Saute Mahi filet in olive oil & offload

    2. Add diced green chiles to pan, deglaze with white wine, and add garlic

    3. Add cream, cilantro

    4. Serve sauce on plate & fish on top




  3. Scallops
